Engineering services for decommissioning of facilities and topsides
Seven Seas’ role in the project: proposal preparation, project implementation, management and permit and consent plans.
Develop all execution plans and procedures for the Bijupira&Salema field decommissioning (FPSO, Subsea and Wells) during conceptual (select) and feed (define) phases.
Project management activities and deliverables: HSSE activities, vessel cleaning and flushing study, define phase detailed procedures: waste management plan, hazardous material removal procedures, topsides flushing, gas freeing and cleaning procedure, hull cleaning, gas freeing and de-mucking procedure, NORM management, and removal procedure, biofouling removal procedure.
